In my experiences they are many times.

Delivery time of Italian furniture

If you order from the Italian furniture manufacturer who does not have Slovak seller available, you can always expect a period of several weeks of delivery. But what if you buy furniture in July or August? You have bad luck - as is known, in August Italians have leave so they don’t work. Delivery time is extended by several weeks. Delays in the delivery period occurs even when the truck arrives at the loading of a furniture a few minutes before the end of the working time – it will have to wait for the next day.

We have really ordered such furniture?

Of the 30 ordered metal stretchers under the coffee table was delivered 28. 5 stretchers were covered in rust. 2 table panels were scratched, one panel has unstucked ABS edge. Of the 120 seats 15 had to be claimed - they were for person of weight 35kg … this is only part of a single order from Italy.
